A LATE HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Our family enjoyed a delightful Thanksgiving and Christmas, filled with ample family time and moments spent spoiling our great-granddaughter. Being together is always a cherished experience. The anticipation for this year is high; each day heralds a new beginning, and I eagerly look forward to the joys each day brings.

The New Year has begun, and, as per usual, I find myself playing catch-up. Such is the perpetual story of my life.

While my book, “Unlikely Candidate,” won’t be releasing in February, I’m optimistic about a release in late March or early April. Currently, I’m revisiting and refining the manuscript, making a few adjustments. The excitement surrounding the book continues to grow, and soon I’ll be inviting individuals to join the team to read and provide feedback. Another book project is on the horizon, but completing this one takes precedence. I pray that God grants me enough time to finish the stories clamoring for attention in my head.

Winter in Kentucky means soup time, and as the cold weather sets in, I’ve been busy preparing soup. Below, you’ll find a recipe for an easy and delicious Chicken Noodle Soup – a perfect choice for a chilly evening.

The Mid-South Christian Writers Conference on March 15 and 16, 2024, is approaching. Patricia Bradley and I have been invited to present a class titled “Artificial Intelligence: A Natural for Writers.” I’m eager to resume teaching, and collaborating with Pat is always a pleasure. This class promises to be exciting.
