IT\’S BEEN A LONG MONTH!
Good morning! I’m a little behind, but if you know me well, you know it’s not unusual.
There are now two books available in my “Nothing Shady Ever Happens in Shady Valley.”
The third book is half-way finished. My plan, if I can do it, is to have it finished by the end of November. If that happens, I can release it in March, 2023. The name of the third book is Dead Ringer. First, let’s take about the other two books.
I don’t want to bore you, but I believe Shady Valley, Tennessee, is the most beautiful place on earth. It\’s a small community with approximately 800 residents. Shady Valley is also where my husband was born and raised. We still have family living there.
There are mountain streams, beautiful mountains surrounding the valley, and friendly people. Each season is different and beautiful. I’ve tried to describe each season in the books. There should be five books in the series, but they do not have to be read in order.

The first book is Bogged Down by Murder. There are cranberry bogs in Shady Valley. I’ve incorporated a bog in this book. You are introduced to Daisy McQueen and Harry Greer. Daisy owns a company in Miami, Florida called Smart Living. She sells gluten-free products and shows you how to use them in your life.
